A demonstration that is not restricted by regulation yet is completed unlawfully.According to the Indian Penal Code (IPC), Section 120B defines criminal conspiracy as an agreement between two or more people to commit an illegal act or a legal act by illegal means. The essence of the offense is the agreement and the intention to commit the act, and the act itself doesn't need to be executed for the offense to be established.
The punishment for criminal conspiracy varies depending on the nature of the crime conspired:
Conspiracy for a capital offense: The punishment is the same as if the individuals had committed the crime, which is death, life imprisonment, or rigorous imprisonment for a term of two years or upwards
Other conspiracies: The punishment can extend to six months in prison or a fine, or both
