In a strong rebuke of the Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby, the Archbishop of Uganda Stephen Kaziimba has called on Justin Welby, the English Bishops and the Church of England to repent (in a conversation on our Heart of Gafcon coverage).
Archbishop Kaziimba has endorsed a call for the reordering of the Anglican Communion, and says he would like to see Gafcon and the Global South come together with leadership rotated.
