In this episode, we head into the kitchen with the Gators Nutrition staff as they have the guys competing to win a cooking competition. Things get interesting when a special guest judge enters the fold, and we find out who has what it takes to come out with the victory.
To succeed as a team at the University of Florida, it all starts in the weight room. We take an inside look at Head of Strength & Conditioning Mark Hocke and his staff as they work tirelessly to make sure the Gators are the most well conditioned team in the country.
