Описание: A video showing how a brand new EFE Rail E83022 Class 143 001 model has a freely spinning outer wheelset and a not so freely spinning Inner Wheelset. This is causing very poor running as the outer wheelset and motor pushes / pulls the model unit the inner wheelset moves which is about 50% power on a Gaugemaster Combi controller.
