Описание: Prasad Kapre, CEO, Silvostyle by PN Gadgil is the former Business Director in India for diamond brand De Beers and is credited with growing domestic brands like Nakshatra and Sangini. Pune-based PN Gadgil, the 183-year-old jewellery major in January this year had tied up with fashion designer Tarun Tahiliani to design the silver ornaments which it will grow under the Silvostyle brand. Kapre, at the 12th International Franchise and Retail Show, Franchise India 2014 talks about how the industry, which was so far considered as a turf for family businesses only, is getting increasingly organized with more professionals coming in and how the presence of digital is foraying in the industry. He further highlights key areas for an aspiring gems and jewellery entrepreneur to focus on including trust, quality, after sales service etc.
