"The Honeymoon can, does, and should last!"
A strong nation rests on its local communities. Building strong communities requires strong families, producing strong individuals whose relationship with Almighty God is rock Solid!
Terri + her husband Curtis have teamed up to share principles for a godly marriage. Married over 35 years, they have weekly date nights + monthly getaways. Making marriage a priority means scheduling it in your calendar.
Find out what each other's love language is. For some, it means acts of service. For Curtis, it's writing love notes to his beloved wife and hiding it somewhere in the house, and she'd find it at just the right time.
Curtis has put it on his schedule to pray for her at 11:45 AM every day and proclaiming their house, a House of Miracles!
What is your Marriage Mission? (For their blog, it's "Shepherding Christian marriages to fulfill the honeymoon life God intended.")

Terri + Curtis love just observing the night sky, God's bountiful creation.
The marriage reflects Christ and His Bride, the Church.
Curtis records in his notes what Terri likes (for future events).
Marriage has its seasons. Let's include the Lord God in whatever season we're in + enjoy.
Spouses serenity prayer (by Terri Krupp):
"God grant me the peace to understand that my spouse was created exactly as you desired, for exactly the purposes you have, with all of the ability you implanted to become the best that they can be; while neither of us are perfect, you have bound us together in your perfect union, to experience the fullness of your love and your life, and reflect YOUR perfection in this marriage, to carry your light in this dark world. Our marriage, anointed in hour grace and full of your purpose, is the best reflection of Christ and the Church we can offer as a testimony."
If you're not married, Terri learned a good tip from this elderly couple teaching Sunday School: Start praying for your future spouse right now.
Scripture References:
Philippians 1:6 being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;
Prov 18:22 He who finds a wife finds a good thing,
And obtains favor from the Lord.
Matthew 7:24-25 Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock.
Eph 5:33 let each one of you in particular so love his own wife as himself, and let the wife see that she respects her husband.
Proverbs 31:10 She extends her hand to the poor,
Yes, she reaches out her hands to the needy.
Heb 13:4 Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge.
1 Cor 13:4-7 Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, [c]thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

About Terri "Harvester" Krupp
Growing up in rural Iowa, Terri wanted to be an astronaut. So, upon graduation she joined the Air Force, where she met the love of her life, Curtis.
They assumed that leaving the military would lead to a "normal" married life, but Curtis is a defense contractor, so they moved many times. Four children and four grandchildren later, Terri and Curtis remain best friends.
To satisfy her adventurous spirit, Terri has had many professional seasons: jailor, housewife, roads engineer, math / physics teacher, The Kwon Do studio manager (she holds Black Belt), and franchise owner/operator. Currently, she is making herself available to Christian women as a mentor and coach.
Her greatest accomplishment is her lifelong love affair with Jesus.
Life verse: "Pure and undefiled religion in the sight of our God and Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself unstained by the world." (James 1:27)
