*ADVISORY! I know the "Maverick Cooper 2" tape is missing, but after three playthroughs I still have no clue where it might be. I even asked the dev on Steam, but I've yet to hear back. As for the completeness of the collection otherwise, there could be some tapes that I've missed. However, since there's no official list and no achievement for finding all of them, there's no way to know for sure at the moment. In any event, hopefully what I have found helps you gain some more insight into the world of Happy's!
