In this meditation, recorded during my Mystic Wisdom Dialogues, I guide you into a gentle state of presence where the breath becomes a bridge between hearts. Drawing from the Way of Aloha, Ho‘oponopono, and A Course in Miracles, we breathe in golden-white light and allow love to move through the spirit channel.
As the heart overflows, that light is offered—freely and without force—reminding us that healing flows through oneness. What we give is also received. This is a quiet return to innocence, connection, and the peace that has always lived within.
