In today’s video, I’m making a delicious, colorful, and completely vegan Tomato Bell Pepper Sandwich — perfect for lunch, a light dinner, or even as a healthy snack.
This easy sandwich is made with fresh vegetables and a homemade dressing full of flavor. With crisp golden-brown bread, veggies, and a zesty Italian-inspired dressing, it’s a simple recipe anyone can make and enjoy!
🥪 Ingredients:
• 1 large bread loaf 🥖
• Tomatoes 🍅
• Bell peppers (green, yellow, red)
• Onion
• Garlic (tossed, then minced)
• Spinach
• Lemon juice
• Italian dressing
• Hot sauce
• Ketchup
• Salt & black pepper
• Olive oil
• Vinegar
