President Yoweri Museveni has blamed voter intimidation, indiscipline within the ruling party, and corruption in government programmes for gaps in Uganda’s economic and political progress, despite what he describes as a decisive election victory. Museveni was speaking at the 40th NRM Liberation anniversary celebrations held at the Kololo Ceremonial Grounds.
