For the Yakhni:

Black Pepper 10-12
Cloves 5-6
Black Cardamom 2
Green Cardamom 4-5
Cinnamon Sticks 3 pieces
Onion 1 medium
Garlic 8-10 cloves
Salt 1 tsp
Water 2 liters
Beef Paya 2 kg
For the Gravy:
Cooking Oil 1/2 cup
Onion 2 large
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Water 1/2 cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Cumin Seeds Powder 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Whole Spice Powder 1 tsp
