1. What is this season like for you? Is it one of “rest” or one of “stress”? Did you try taking a Sabbath this week? What difference did it make?

2. In Matthew 5 and 6 we learn about the way of God, his kingdom. Grab a Bible and skim-read the headings for these two chapters, then take a look together at Matthew 6:25-34. How is God’s way of life different from the way of the world?

3. Instead of the “just stop it” approach to worrying, how can you instead “trust” the Father and “steep” your life in God-reality? What’s one thing you can do this week to trust the Father or steep your life in God-reality?
