Method using Financial Modeling Prep (this service is no longer free - but I highly recommend them)
1. Make a free account on Financial Modeling Prep. https://site.financialmodelingprep.co...

2. Grab the crypto quote API and punch in the coin price you want to track into the URL.

3. Go to Excel and Get Data \ From Web \ Paste in link \ Transform data in Power Query to pull just the fields you want.

4. Reference your price field and you're all set. This updates whenever you refresh your workbook or every time you open the workbook, depending on the refresh rules you set.
