This is the cups and ball scam. I was amazed at how many of these inbreds were in on it together. If they put this sort of effort into a real job, maybe the streets wouldn't be so filthy.
At the end of the video, a large guy stands in front of me and I stop recording. I walked away saying something to the effect of "you guys are a joke." He followed me for a while, trying to intimidate me. I didn't really feel that threatened, but these people really hate it when they're called out and some are probably unhinged. Careful when you travel.
