8-22-2025 Christopher Oddo vs Krystle Kulpak Seminole County, Florida Case

Описание: On Friday, August 22nd, 2025 Pete Arnold and I attempted to Court Watch for my friend Krystle Kulpak. Her case was scheduled at 8:30am EST, 30 minutes BEFORE the General Public were allowed to enter the court room. As you can see, it was only the Judge and two bailiffs. She was ISOLATED in this court room.

Krystle had three Court Watchers with her: Lilliam Sotomayor-Santiago, Heather Bendl, and Pete Arnold. NONE of us were allowed in. We were forced to remain outside only allowed to look through the glass to check on her. Even then, one of the bailiffs came out and attempted to intimidate me simply because I was trying to support my friend.

I was there to in my official capacity as CEO of my Non-Profit Justice for the Serlick Children acting as her DV Advocate and not only was I not allowed in, but the therapy dogs that were on the other side of the door with Companions for Courage where Vicki Schroeder was present and talking to me. Yet, this Judge REFUSED the Therapy Dogs in for Krystle Kulpak as a DV Victim.

Judge Christopher Sprysenski is using the EXACT same language that General Magistrate Alexander Alvarez and Judge Sandra C. Upchurch of Daytona, Florida Circuit 7 used to deny me ANY contact with my children April 1st, 2025 stating: "You failed to meet the change in circumstances to modify the Illinois April 27th, 2022 "Order". This is a pattern I am seeing in ALL of our corrupt Family Court Cases: Claiming we do not have a CHANGE IN CIRCUMSTANCES.

THIS is one of the ways Family Court Judges continue to HIDE our children from us through illegal ex parte "orders", in Krystle's case, an Injunction because she reported Child Abuse of her children by Christopher Oddo.
