At the beginning of the 2010s, Burnell Productions had become the largest gaming entity in YouTube. 30 out of every 10 uploads contain its content. Its political and casual influence is felt everywhere. In public, it is YouTube and Twitch's leading supplier of uncut LPs, food reviews, and daily vlogs. Unknown even to its own investors, its massive profits are generated by crowdfund scams, e-begging, and viral infamy.

After losing his Twitch partnership, Phil attempts to settle down with his wife & cat-son as a YouTube streamer. However, a visit from a boulder-punching BSAA/Blue Umbrella captain (who is on a quest to turn his sister into a broodmare) sets off a series of events that send him further below the barrel. He must face his fear of waifus in the simp-infested Castle DImitrescu, crack lame jokes in House Beneviento as he hides from a mutant stillborn high-functioning autistic lovechild, run for his life in Moreau's clinic, and fight his way through Heisenberg's factory; all while trying to put back together his streaming "career".

Enter the First-Person Survival Horror (now with big tiddy goth gfs) as Phil struggles to comprehend some of the most braindead simple puzzles, horribly adjust his in-game brightness settings so bad that the editor of the TIHYDP has to do it to bring down the grey blacks, waste his ammunition, ruin the atmosphere & tension with his commentary or lack thereof, ban idiots from the stream chat, stubbornly stick with some of his headcannon of the game, and digs himself deeper underground when dealing with a slow night in the finale. And bear witness to levels of thirst that would give barren deserts a run for their money.
