Learn how to set up your Intex Deluxe Floating Surface Skimmer:
1. Connect the skimmer hose to the skimmer bottom connector – 00:12
*For Pools with inflatable top rings:
1. Assemble the hook and insert the arm – 00:20
2. Loosen the skimmer screw and attach the assembled hook to it – 00:27
3. Place the hook of the pool top ring and ensure it is tightly secured – 00:36
*For Pools with Metal Frames:
1. Assemble the hook and the arm – 00:45
2. Loosen the skimmer screw and attach the assembled hook to it – 00:56
3. Place it over a horizontal beam near the pool’s water outlet hole and secure it – 01:03
4. Unscrew the outlet’s filter grid from inside the pool, remove the plug, and replace it with the hose adapter – 01:12
5. Connect the other end of the skimmer to the hose adapter inside pool – 01:26
6. Place the basket and the float cover into the skimmer. Place skimmer in the right position in the pool – 01:31
