So, plan now to move to Power Apps and get onto a more powerful, flexible, and capable solution that will help your teams collaborate and be successful.

Power Apps is part of Microsoft’s Power Platform. It includes
• Power BI that provides flexible dashboards and reports which help you gain insights and drive action,
• Power Automate gives you the ability to connect people and systems, or systems and systems, through automated, scheduled, or triggered workflows, using an if-then-that configuration.
• Power Apps is used for creating forms and workflows and building apps that can be deployed in a browser, on smart phones, and inside Microsoft Teams.

Western Principles will help you move from your InfoPath world, to new Power Apps using a three step approach.
1) First we will help you find all of your InfoPath, through a Discovery phase. In this step we will look at which of these applications need to be upgraded, and which should be retired.
2) Next we will work through a design phase with you. In this we will optimize the forms and workflows, and look at the potential opportunities to deliver forms in other formats, like on smart phones or in Teams. Additionally, you may want to consider extensions like delivering Analytics through Power BI, the possibility of applying better data storage or even using some Artificial Intelligence, which is available as part of the Power Platform.
3) Finally, we will build and test your new Apps. We will work with your team to perform a business test and then launch each app. Over the course of the project and possibly through several iterations, all your InfoPath forms will be removed and replaced or retired.
