Peanut Butter Balls - No Sugar Added
1 cup PB2 (Peanut Butter Powder)
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
½ cup chocolate chips
⅛ teaspoon coconut oil
In a medium bowl combine PB2 powder and applesauce. Mix well until combined. Scoop into balls using a 1 tablespoon measure or a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop. Place each of the peanut butter balls onto a wax paper lined plate and put into the freezer to “firm up” for about 15 minutes.
Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double boiler or microwave safe container and melt chocolate.
Remove peanut butter balls from the freezer and shape balls (if needed). Dip the balls into chocolate, place back on wax paper, place in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes for the chocolate to set.
Double dip for added goodness! Eat and enjoy!
