Описание: In terms of the law of contract, an agreement must be possible. Possibility of execution constitutes two elements, namely legal possibility and physical possibility. Legal possibility implies that the totality of the agreement in terms of the created rights and duties are permitted by the law. If the conclusion of the agreement, its objects and purports, and any of its elements contradict either common law or statutory law or any legal provision, the execution of such a contract or any performance related thereto renders it legally impossible. Contracts contradict the law when their objects or purposes contemplate any consequences that violate good morals, violate public policy, further the commission of a crime etc,
