In this video, we serviced a 36-ton SKM package unit experiencing refrigerant leakage from both the suction and discharge valves.
🔧 Work carried out:
Replaced leaking suction valve
Replaced leaking discharge valve
Performed complete system vacuum
Recharged system with R-407C refrigerant
📊 Final operating parameters:
Suction pressure: 60 PSI
Discharge pressure: 280 PSI
Compressor current: 27–29 Amps
After proper evacuation and refrigerant charging, the unit is now operating within normal parameters and performing efficiently.
This video demonstrates proper HVAC troubleshooting, valve replacement, vacuum procedure, and accurate refrigerant charging for large commercial package units.
