Inversions are hard, but we can do hard things! Building upper body strength, especially core strength is key to getting into inversions and staying there. I have another video (link below) on inversion drills that is more advanced if this is too basic for you! Table top, downward dog, and planks are simple poses to work towards if this video is a little too much for you at this point in time but save this video so you can come back to it when you are ready!
