Tropical Fruit Skewers with Cream Cheese Dip
Tropical fruits like:
1/2 pineapple (cut into cubes),
2 mango (cut into cubes),
1 cup grapes,
1 cup strawberries (stems removed)
1 tsp fresh black pepper for garnish
Few mint leaves for garnish
wooden skewers
For the Dip:
3/4 cup plain cream cheese
2-3 tbsp chocolate syrup (sweetened)
¼ tsp vanilla essence
Arrange fruit on skewers anyway you like.
Garnish with fresh black pepper powder.
Tear fresh mint leaves and garnish over the skewers.
For the Dip:
Whip the cream cheese with a whisk to make it soft and fluffy.
Add the vanilla essence and mix.
Add the chocolate syrup and mix well. if the chocolate syrup is unsweetened, you can add honey.
Enjoy this dip with the fruit skewers.
Ideal for summer backyard get together or kids fun.
Makes about 10 skewers with dip
