Matar ka Nimona, a North Indian  style  curry made with fresh green peas, potatoes and very minimal spices. Super delicious curry, this is perfect to pair with rice, roti , paratha and poori. Nimona actually is a  soupy and spicy curry with robust flavours but at the same time, you need very few spices to prepare it . You can make Nimona with fresh green peas but you can also make it with fresh green chickpeas. The method is similar but the taste is different. I didn't add fresh coriander leaves you can add fresh coriander leaves with stems while grinding the pears.  Here are the ingredients which I used to make this winter delicacy.

Ingredients:
1 cup green peas
2 potatoes
3-4 green chillies
1 small piece of ginger
3-4 pods of garlic
1 cardamom
2 cloves
Small piece of cinnamon
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
Pinch of asafoetida
3-4 tbs of oil
1 tomato
Salt as per taste
