This is an instructional video on how to calibrate and check the functionality of the surf system on the Malibu Boat 2015 to 2019. In this video you’ll discover how to calibrate the surf system how to use the service mode to check functionality of the motors and how to open the gates to move them for access to the swim step pins.
Please be sure to keep the surf gates clear when running these tests . These are electronic over hydraulic actuating rims and they can hurt somebody seriously do not put your hands or any part of your body near the surf Gate while attempting to do this.
These rims have an operating range of 7 miles an hour to 14 miles an hour. They are computer controlled for the safety and functionality of your boat and everyone on your boat.
