In this video, we hit the streets of Birmingham, Manchester, and other major UK cities to explore the real concerns people have about voter registration. From confusion about voter ID to uncertainty about how to register, we’re hearing directly from the public about what’s holding them back from participating in elections.
This is part of a nationwide project, commissioned by the Electoral Commission, to increase voter registration in under-registered communities and ensure everyone’s voice counts in our democracy.
