It's a brief overview of Estonian Biathlon Team' s preseasonal strength and conditioning training.
It had three separate phases:
1. Preparatory phase that introduced new movements, mobility requirements and offered first stability and strength developement for the next phase.
2. Strength development phase where the main focus was to develop submaximal strength for biathlon specific movements.
3. Speed and power development phase where athletes focused generating maximal power output and as fast movements as possible.
