Tbh most of these images are Julie even though I only used one of their songs in this playlist because they have a certain way of taking photos that I think works really well with this sound. Others are just from pinterest.

Grungegaze is a genre I didn't realize existed until relatively recently. Shoegaze is my favorite genre and I've always appreciated certain aspects of grunge culture but was never able to fully get into the genre, so this fusion of the two seems perfectly catered to me. The grinding, constant noise with distorted vocals but a guitar that's a bit more distinct rather than just waves of sound gives it a really unique sound that I really enjoy.
