Golden Light, the Spell Divine
☯️ 天地玄宗，萬炁本根，
Lo, Heaven and Earth share one hidden Law,
The Breath of All returneth to its Source.
☯️ 廣修萬劫，證吾神通，
Through countless aeons hast thou refined thy soul,
And thus awaken’d thy power most divine.
☯️ 三界內外，唯道獨尊，
In realms both seen and secret kept,
The Way alone doth reign supreme.
☯️ 體有金光，覆映吾身，
Thy form is clad in golden flame,
A light that doth enfold thee evermore.
☯️ 視之不見，聽之不聞，
None seeth it with mortal eye,
Nor heareth with the ear of flesh.
☯️ 包羅天地，養育群生，
Yet it enwrappeth all beneath the sky,
And nurtureth the multitudes of life.
☯️ 受持萬遍，身有光明，
Recite thou this a thousandfold,
And light shall bloom upon thy skin.
☯️ 三界侍衛，五帝司迎，
The Three Realms shall send their guard,
The Five Emperors dost bow before thee.
☯️ 萬神朝禮，役使雷霆，
All spirits bend their knees in awe,
And thunder heed thy silent call.
☯️ 鬼妖喪膽，精怪亡形，
The ghosts do scatter, demons fade,
Their shape forgotten, their shadow lost.
☯️ 內有霹靂，雷神隱名，
Within thee dwelleth lightning’s wrath,
The Thunder-Lord concealeth His name.
☯️ 洞慧交徹，五炁騰騰，
Thy mind made clear like glass unstain’d,
The Fivefold Breath doth rise and soar.
☯️ 金光速現，覆護真人。
Arise, O Golden Radiance bright!
Descend and shield the Trueborn One.
