Monica De La Cruz. Sam discusses the challenges facing the homebuilding industry nation wide and other important topics such as immigration reform and growing the labor force in America.
Sam Gilboard is the Federal Legislative Director at the National Association of Home Builders, where he represents the residential construction industry before Congress. In this role, he lobbies federal lawmakers on immigration and workforce policies critical to meeting the nation’s housing needs. Prior to joining NAHB, Sam worked for the Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation, a congressionally chartered organization focused on supporting affordable housing development.
