This Reflection Friday isn’t about conclusions or breakthroughs.
It’s about what happens when we stop fixing, stop reframing, and let the body speak.
“Most people don’t avoid healing because it’s hard. They avoid it because stillness removes distraction.”
This week wasn’t loud.
It wasn’t dramatic.
It didn’t come with a breakthrough or a solution.
It came with noticing.
In this Reflection Friday, I’m closing the week by reflecting on stillness, sensation, and what happens when we don’t rush to fix what the body is trying to finish.
Across the week:

• Monday Mindset challenged the idea that depression is “just chemical”

And here’s the uncomfortable truth that ties it all together:
Most people don’t avoid healing because it’s hard.
They avoid it because stillness removes distraction — and then the body gets a vote.
The body doesn’t speak in words.
It speaks in sensation.
Pressure.
Tightness.
Numbness.
Heat.
Fatigue.
None of those mean something is wrong.
They mean something has been waiting.
