Описание: Breaking News: A methane leak ignited a catastrophic explosion at a coal mine in Tabas, eastern Iran, resulting in at least 51 deaths and 17 injuries, with some miners still believed to be trapped inside. The incident occurred late Saturday at a mine located approximately 540 kilometers (335 miles) southeast of Tehran, where around 70 workers were present at the time. Emergency personnel are being dispatched to the site, and President Masoud Pezeshkian has instructed that all efforts be made to rescue those trapped and support their families. An investigation into the causes of the explosion has also been initiated. The frequent mining accidents are often attributed to lax safety standards and inadequate emergency services in the region.
