To prepare the Pumpkin Soup 🥣 , you'll need to peel and chop:
onion 🧅
1 big carrot 🥕
two potatoes 🥔
half a pumpkin 🎃
Sauté the onions and add the rest of the ingredients. Pour boiling water, sprinkle with cinnamon and salt, and cover with a lid. Simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes. After that, blend the soup with a blender. If desired, serve with cream.
