Late workout = rough lighting but we are GETTING IT IN.
Today we are going HEAVY on ONE movement -- a front foot elevated reverse lunge.
4 sets of 8, rest as needed between legs.
(you SHOULD be resting...if you don't have to rest, you are not going heavy enough).
I did a warm-up set with 30 lbs and moved onto 3 working sets with a total of 90 lbs.
As always, make sure to check with your doctor before starting any workout program. if you are brand new-- start with no weight and/or take out the front foot elevation.
