Trangia 27 Fish Pie Recipe - 2 people
1 piece boneless white fish
1 piece fresh salmon (smoked salmon is also nice)
Half a dozen king prawns
1 big leek
Milk
Cream
Powder mash
Butter
Salt and pepper
Easy melt cheese to top
You can thicken the sauce with flour and butter instead but cream is nicer.
