Our Customer Services teams have been focusing on developing a person-centred, caring approach after incorporating the views of people who use the services into the Customer Charter in October last year.
The Customer Charter sets out what residents, businesses and visitors can expect from the council and what it asks in return, creating a foundation for a strong, respectful relationship between the council and its customers.
