Here's the truth: most people hide their process because they're afraid. Afraid of competition. Afraid of judgment. Afraid someone will steal their idea. But that's scarcity thinking. Building in public is an act of abundance. I'm not afraid of copycats because I know execution matters more than ideas. I'm not protecting my "secrets" because I believe there's enough for all of us. Living in fear creates a ceiling on what's possible. Operating from confidence and abundance opens doors you didn't even know existed.

Phase 4: This is About My Heart for the Congregation
At the end of the day, this is about YOU. My congregation the community, the audience, the people I'm building for. You're not just customers or followers. You're people on your own journeys, trying to figure out your own callings, dealing with your own fears. By being vulnerable and showing you the messy path, I'm giving you permission to pursue what you're meant to do. This isn't just entrepreneurship, it's service. It's ministry. It's about shepherding people through the hard stuff by walking it myself first.
