Due to lack of resources, less than half of dogs entering shelters are getting the grooming they so desperately need. Unfortunately, many of these dogs are perceived to be ‘damaged goods.’ By providing shelters with much-needed grooming supplies, these dogs are being transformed into the healthy, fun loving pets they really are.
