18 houses sold (med sold price $330,250, med list price $329,450)
202 Total active houses (med price $389,900)
The average number of days on market (until an offer is accepted) is 23 days
Today's Interest rates are 7.06%

$300,000 and under: 47 Listings, (med price $239,900)
$300,000-$500,000: 102 Listings, (med price $382,400)
$500,000 and up: 53 Listings, (med price $725,000)
