Sat Bains, Nottinghamshire's only Michelin Star chef, is working with The University of Nottingham's Solar Decathlon Europe team. He is helping them produce a sustainable dinner party with seasonal, locally grown produce.
Sat is working with RHS Chelsea Flower Show award winner Ian Dexter, from the garden design company Lime Orchard, to incorporate some of the fruit and veg into the Nottingham HOUSE garden.
Here's the moment Ian and two of the lucky students got a taste of the Solar Decathlon menu.
