In August 2019, US Brand Manager, Bob Burke, and MarineMax team members crossed the Atlantic to Poland to tour our factories. MarineMax is the exclusive dealer of Galeon in the Americas and values the experience of seeing in person the level of craftsmanship, detail and engineering that is involved in the making each yacht.

Every Detail Matters
Possible materials are carefully reviewed for potential use in a Galeon model. Each item chosen demonstrates not just style but superior quality.

Handcrafted
Included in Galeon's Straszyn factory is a stainless-steel shop where parts big and small are made for use on the yachts. Some require intricate and detailed work completed by skilled craftsmen.

Precision
Other stainless-steel parts are made with CNC machines that can make precise and exact cuts using a computer-controlled laser which also minimizes waste and maximizes efficiency.

A Perfect Fit
Cabinets are carefully cut, sanded and planned. Once each piece is ready we dry fit them in the actual yacht they will call home to ensure a perfect fit and then return them to the work space for final preparations.

No Stone Unturned
Even the vents for the air conditioning in your yacht are carefully and skillfully crafted.

Only the Best
Raw teak wood waits to be reviewed and only the best pieces will be selected for use in each Galeon yacht.

Coming Together
The selected pieces of teak are finished and teak flooring is meticulously created to fit each yacht.

Teamwork
Skilled craftsmen work together to build each yacht and bringing their expertise and knowledge to the finished product.

Quality Assurance
The Straszyn factory is not located on the water so a testing tank is used to check each yacht. It is a key step in the process for ensuring the quality of each boat. Yachts under 50 feet are built at this factory.

We're Growing
The Wislinka factory is located on the river which leads out to the Baltic Sea. Galeon's larger models are built at this facility and it has grown exponentially over the last several years.

Just Right
Upholstery waits to be selected for use to create cushions, bedding and more on a Galeon yacht.

Consistency
Paint is applied evenly and consistently to wood surfaces through this machine.

On Time
Select materials such as engines and props are supplied by vendors. Galeon keeps inventory in stock to protect against delays in shipments and keep the production of yachts on schedule.

Perfection
Each Galeon Yacht is sanded by hand to ensure that all edges and surfaces are smooth and free of imperfections.
