Water – 1 Bowl
Salt – 2 Teaspoons
Coat for the florets
All-purpose flour – 5 Tablespoons
Corn Starch – 3 Tablespoons
Oil for deep frying

Sauce for Cauliflower Manchurian

Oil – 3 Tablespoons
Garlic Cloves – 5
Green Chilies – 2 Small
Onion – 1 Small
Salt – 1 Teaspoon or as per taste
Black Pepper – 1 Teaspoon
Soy Sauce – 2 Tablespoons
Red Chili Sauce – 1 Tablespoon
Tomato Sauce – 2 Tablespoons
Corn Starch – 1 Tablespoon
Chopped Spring Onion greens – 1 Tablespoon
