Urmila Kandha works as a Transformation Leader and Technology Director with UBS (Union Bank of Switzerland). She brings with her 22 years of experience in the technology industry and is a passionate advocate of Change Leadership. She is a published author of 3 books and a recipient of multiple awards in her professional and personal journey so far. Urmila has also been a thought-leader in the space of Agile and Digital Transformation and has spoken at multiple international conferences on the subject. Being intensely passionate to the cause of mental health and emotional well-being, she has mentored numerous people in their mid-thirties to chart out their journeys while dealing with personal traumas.
