I first heard the term "Kung Flu" from my 11yr old son as a joke in early March, meaning COVID was a very powerful and deadly flu-like disease. This song was released on June 19, 2020, the day before President Trump used the term publicly for the first time (at his rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma). I used to train kung fu in Toronto's Chinatown, and have a lot of respect for Chinese people and their culture.
