This is a supplemental help tutorial to doing multiple Kick-ups or Kip-ups also known as Rubberbands or Back to backs (back-2-backs).
This move is a great recovery move (IMO) for bboying, its also very useful for parkour and free running etc.
getting the back to back kips ups is also another way to help with fear of going backwards for other moves such as the back handspring flip tuck etc.
