Описание: Newfoundland is the tenth movement of this ten movement work and is scored for full orchestra and uilleann pipes. The pipes lead in a variation of the main theme to celebrate the boat’s arrival in the New World and the end of the voyage. This excerpt is from the sold out concert 'The Music of Shaun Davey’, which took place on September 6th, 2019 - performed here by soloist Mark Redmond with the RTÉ National Symphony Orchestra under the baton of conductor David Brophy.
