The Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 is currently undergoing a significant redevelopment as part of a comprehensive modernization initiative led by the New NAIA Infrastructure Corp. (NNIC), a consortium spearheaded by San Miguel Corporation (SMC) and Incheon International Airport Corporation.
This project, which commenced in September 2024, aims to transform NAIA
into a world-class aviation hub over a 15-year concession period. Enhancements, includes: Capacity expansion, Infrastructure upgrades, Enhanced Passenger Experience and Improved Accessibility.
