Have you ever wondered if you could survive Fallout 4’s Boston city and therefore also the greater Commonwealth? Well, I have, so in this video I want to set out to answer that question. To make a video like this I needed to break it down a little bit though, so this will be the first video of a 9-part series where I look at 9 different sectors of Fallout 4’s map and break down how survivable each sector would be so we can get the best understanding of where the best place to live would be in the Commonwealth. And then finally, once the series is over, I will rank every single place in Fallout 4’s map and tell you which place is best to live in as well as how survivable the overall Commonwealth of Fallout 4 is. In this video we will start off by taking a look at what I would class as the Sanctuary sector of Fallout 4’s map, the starting sector of the map which you actually start from in the base game, as this is the same sector with Vault 111 in it.

In this video I will be evaluating where the best place to live would be in this sector. I will be taking a look at what settlements would be your best to stay at that already have people living in them. I will also look at all your options for settlements that currently have 0 people living in them. I will talk about any potential factions you could join to increase your odds of survival. I will talk about what threats you will have to face in your sector and what sectors border yours. I will talk about what the best route would be to get to Diamond City as that is the biggest major settlement in Fallout 4’s Commonwealth. I will be taking a look at the overall water quality of this sector as well as radiation conditions, food availability, and also how much shelter is at your disposal in this area. I will end the video by taking a look at all the stats put together and then you will get a good idea of how survivable the Sanctuary sector of Fallout 4’s Commonwealth truly is.
