Sun Quan, like the other Wu rulers, has sort of a half split between having unique bond scenes just for themselves that are missable and having mandatory story scenes in place of proper bonds. Which is kind of interesting to see.
Sun Quan is voiced by Alejandro Saab. He's definitely trying to make Sun Quan sound young here, as he should. I'd be curious to see if in Origins 2 they let him use a deeper/gruffer voice for an older looking Sun Quan. He's pretty good at emoting, which Sun Quan has to do a lot of as his family members keep dying.
