Описание: I got 7 g radioactive soil from a "safe" area at a distance of about 30 miles from the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant. The soil is contaminated with Cesium-134 and Cesium-137, fission products from the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant. Since the disaster, now 2.5 yrs ago, more than half of the Cs-134, which has a half life of 2.2 yrs, has disappeared. In contrast, the Cs-137 will be present and dangerous for many decades, since it has a half life of 30 yrs. Fission remains a dangerous technique imo. If something goes wrong it has a very large impact which lasts for many decades.
